WHO ARE THE ARTISTS ?
ART FABRIQ artists are promising artists from around the globe. Illustrators, photographers, graphic designers,... well-known, little-known or even unknown that want to share their talent with you.
Diveristy, versatility and talent are the main requirements to be part of our community.
All our products are made in France. Our workshop makes the prints and takes care of the finishings. Our frames are handmade in France from PEFC wood.
Dye-sublimation printing means that inks are embedded in the material and cannot be damaged. Even if the prints get scratched or scrubbed, the image stays intact and the colours remain flawless and well-preserved.
HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT ON ART FABRIQ ?
It is very simple, identify yourself, fill in the form and do not forget to add your postal address. Any information given will not be disclosed. You will receive an email to confirm the opening of your account.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ?
Once you have completed your order, it is possible de modify it or even cancel it within 24 hours. To do so please send us an email via the website or directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK MY PACKAGE ?
Once your order is taken care of by our transporter you will receive a first email confirming shipment and a second with the number to call to arrange delivery. For shipments abroad, you will have a tracking number available on your account.
WHAT SOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
Please send photos of the damage to email@example.com. We will then work together to either replace or refund your order.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER
These emails are normally automatic. Two options: either your order has not been taken into account yet, or it has entered your SPAM folder. In all cases do not hesitate to contact us via email to make sure we have received your order.
HOW CAN I PAY ?
Our payment system offers two secure and encrypted methods : PayPal & SP PLUS. These payment methods are certified “Norton Secured”
I NEED AN INVOICE, HOW DO I OBTAIN ONE ?
An invoice will be sent at the same time as your order confirmation. Do not forget when you order to specify if your invoice address is different to your delivery address.
I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN I TRY TO PAY FOR MY ORDER

CAN I BE REIMBURSED IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER ?
We handle every return on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 5 business days after you receive your artwork : email@example.com. The refund will be effective on the card you used to pay for the order.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO ?
We deliver to 256 countries. The list of countries is given when you enter your address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
Delivery times depend on where we ship. For Europe we guarantee a 14-day delivery after order, outside Europe we guarantee30 days.
WHAT ARE YOUR TRANSPORT FEES ?
Transport fees vary depending on the format you chose to purchase. You will see the amount to pay when you add the products to the cart.
HOW ARE THE GOODS SHIPPED ?
All our products are sent wrapped with care, in appropriate packaging.
SOME PRODUCTS ARE MISSING FROM MY PACKAGE, WHAT DO I DO ?
If this happens we apologise for this mistake. Please send us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org, we will take care of sending the missing article(s) to you.
I’M NOT HOME WHEN THE PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED ?
This should not happen, as you schedule the date and delivery time with our transporter.
In the case of a problem, please call the transporter to schedule a new delivery date.
CAN I GET MY ORDER SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY HOME ADDRESS ?
Of course! When confirming your order, you can add a second shipping address. Please bear in mind that certain products are hard to fit in a car.
